Pro Pricing Update 2022

In 2021 we launched a new Pro plan to be more in line with our Business plan and it included things like user licenses and custom subdomains. After hearing feedback from our customers throughout the last year, we've decided to adjust our Pro plan to be what we feel is a healthy balance of the 2021 plan and some past legacy options.

The 2022 Pro plan will include the following for $8.99 monthly and $89.90 annually:

  • Rooms without custom subdomains
  • 3 rooms with capacity for 100 people
  • Customizable branding so rooms fit with your brand
  • Integrations with Trello, Google Docs, YouTube, and Miro
  • Recording included for all rooms

Migrate to the new Pro plan

Below are instructions based on your plan type how to migrate to the new plan. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us via the help beacon on your accounts dashboard.

Pro accounts Pre - 2021

These plans would have the ability to create 3 or more rooms and cost $9.99 or more if you're subscribed to any add-ons. Follow these steps to subscribe to the new plan:

  1. Navigate to the Subscription section of your dashboard
  2. Select "Edit" and then "Cancel Subscription"
  3. Wait until the end of your billing period, as noted on the subscription page
  4. Return to the Subscription section of your dashboard and follow the instructions to upgrade to the new Pro Plan

Pro accounts with Subdomains

These plans would include a subdomain in the URL, for example "https:// subdomain.whereby.com/". Follow these steps to subscribe to the new plan:

  1. First, make sure you've selected the correct account.
  2. Navigate to the Subscription section of your dashboard

  3. Select "Edit" and then "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Wait until the end of your billing period, as noted on the subscription page
  5. Go to the Subscription section of your free account dashboard and follow the instructions to upgrade to the new Pro Plan
