Room Owners and Business Users

Free, Pro and Business

When you're in a meeting, there are many different options you can use on a per-user basis depending on what your role in the room is and what you need to do.

All of these options can be accessed by hovering over the user and clicking on the three dots that appear in the top right corner of their feed on your desktop and mobile device. Below you'll find descriptions of what each option does.

Desktop

  • Mute/Disable Sound: Locally mute the participants mic on your machine (this does not mute them for everyone on the call)
  • Maximize: Make this participant the largest video feed on your screen
  • Remove: Remove this user from your room (only available to the Room Owner)
  • Fullscreen: Make this participant's feed take up your entire screen

Note that the Enlarge, Fullscreen, and Disable Sound options are also available when you hover over the user's video feed for quick access.

iOS

  • Enlarge/Minimize: Make someone's feed the focus on your screen, or make their feed smaller
  • Fullscreen: Make someone's feed take up your entire screen
