Change Between the Annual or Monthly Billing Model

Pro and Business

With the Annual billing model for Pro, you can simplify your accounting and avoid potential international transaction fees by paying for Pro on a yearly basis. The Annual model also includes a discount when compared to the Monthly model because the full year's subscription is paid in advance.

You can change between these models as necessary, but note that the change won't take effect until the Next Billing Date listed in your Plan info.

Log in and go to https://whereby.com/user/subscriptions

Click the three dots next to your subscription listing to show your subscription options

Click the Change to Annual or Change to Monthly option depending on what your current plan is

This opens a billing screen similar to the one you saw when you originally registered, where you can confirm your selection

Select the relevant option and click Continue when everything looks good

Confirm your billing details, and click Pay to finalize the order
Currently, it is not possible to adjust your billing frequency on the iOS app. Please visit your subscriptions page in a Safari browser and follow the steps as described in the Android instructions on this page.

Tap on the menu in the top right corner, and then tap choose Subscriptions. Then tap the Edit button and select the Change to annual/monthly option (this will vary depending on your current billing frequency)

Tap on the plan you want to change to (annual or monthly):
